Dye Penetrant Inspection
Dye Penetrant Inspection (or DPI) is one of the oldest forms of NDT, in which a coloured liquid or dye is used to find imperfections in a material’s finish. Suretest NDT Services comply with all international standards, and can offer an in-house washable service for large batch testing.
Ultrasonic Inspection
Ultrasonic Inspection uses ultrasonic waves to find imperfections in materials based on how the waves act. This can do such jobs as measuring the internal corrosion of pipes. Suretest NDT Services always work to British, European and American standards, and provide a detailed report after testing.
Radiographic Inspection
Radiographic inspection uses x-rays and gamma rays to examine the internal structure of manufactured components, from small items to moveable vehicles.
